Report an error

Does a price not match Red Eléctrica’s, has a tax changed, or does your bill not match the calculator? Give the page, the date and hour, and if possible a link to the official source. Corrections go into the parameter file with a date and show on every page at once.

What we cannot do

We cannot see your consumption, contract or bill, and we do not arrange contracts. Billing questions go to your retailer; complaints to the company’s customer service and, if it does not answer, to your region’s consumer affairs office.
