What the site does
Precio Luz Real shows the PVPC electricity price published by Red Eléctrica, adds the taxes in force and works out bills and appliance costs. Results are estimates for information: they do not replace your retailer’s bill or professional advice. The site is independent and has no link to Red Eléctrica, the CNMC, the Ministry for the Ecological Transition or any retailer. Method and limits: method and sources.
Where the data comes from
Hourly prices come from Red Eléctrica (e·sios and REData) and are quoted with their date, unaltered and without its trademarks. Regulated values come from Spain’s Official State Gazette (BOE); the price index from the National Statistics Institute (INE).
Liability
Parameters are checked against their sources and the engine is tested automatically, but we cannot guarantee freedom from errors or the continuous availability of third-party data. The publisher is not liable for decisions based solely on an estimate. Report errors through the contact page.
